PRODUCT

We advise going one size down from your usual size if you are not sure about your size because SEIRA caters to an oversized fit. For instance, if you typically wear an M, you can go ahead an try an S size. But if you prefer a more baggy or looser look, then it will be wiser to consider our size guide, which has been mentioned on the site. It provides detailed measurements for each size to help you choose the perfect fit.

All our t-shirts can be machine washed. Let it air dry. Try avoiding dry cleaning. Preferably use cold water to prevent colour bleed and shrinkage. Do not iron the print directly.

ORDERS & PURCHASES

Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we will email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Cancelling your order is the last thing we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option. If your order is cancelled from our end, you will not be charged. The most common reasons for cancelling orders are:

  • Limits on available quantities
  • The product is out of stock
  • Price or other listing errors
  • Additional information is needed by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department
  • Unavailable carrier or shipping method

We will surely send you an email, if your order(s) are cancelled or if we need more information to process your order. 

Our brand strives to provide our customers with unique and one-of-a-kind designs that are distinctive and different from the rest. Once the designs or sizes are sold out, we do not always restock them. This ensures that our customers can enjoy and appreciate the uniqueness of our brand and eagerly await for our upcoming release.

Online purchases can be done through the following payment methods: debit cards, credit cards, UPI, others. Please note that we do accept cash on delivery (COD).

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We ship and deliver all our orders Pan-India.

Seira offers free shipping on all its orders Pan-India.

We ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. In case you do not receive any notification, kindly check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered.

Majority of our packages are handled by Delhivery courier service, which is the fastest domestic courier service provider. Our shipping aggregator ensures that the best courier partner is assigned to dispatch your product(s) as soon as possible for other pin codes.

Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order has still not been processed and shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change your delivery address. If your order has not been processed and shipped yet, simply drop an email at seekseira@gmail.com or Whatsapp (+91 9711698303) immediately with your order number with the changes that you want to make and the team will happily assist you.

Our shipping aggregation service will send you an email with your tracking details and the anticipated date of delivery. Also, you will receive an order confirmation message on the Whatsapp number with which you have registered.

There may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order due to logistic issues that are out of our control. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.

In case of any delayed delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will resolve this issue at the earliest.

No worries. You can place an order over the phone on our Whatsapp chat (+91 9711698303), right away by mentioning the required product(s) and provide all the necessary shipping information. 

We suggest that your order be delivered to an address where someone is present to receive it. Our courier partner(s) will re-attempt the delivery 2 more times until the order is Returned to Origin (RTO). Please make sure to notify seekseira@gmail.com of this in order to prevent an RTO and allow us to hold your shipment until you are available at the location.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer an Exchange policy of 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s). To place an exchange/return request please email us at seekseira@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product(s). 

In order to meet the hygienic requirements for our product(s), every exchange that is received will undergo a quality check before being either accepted or rejected. If the product(s) are returned after being used, we reserve the right to refuse the return if:

  • There is damage to the product(s)
  • The tags are missing from the item(s).
  • The product(s) are returned after use.

In such cases kindly drop in an email to seekseira@gmail.com with the order number as well as pictures proving the defects/damage. After confirmation, our team will send you an email informing you that your product(s) will be recalled to the warehouse and that you will receive a replacement for the same.  

Please send an email with the order number and images proving the flaws and defects to seekseira@gmail.com. Once confirmed, our team will send you an email informing you that your product(s) will be recalled to the warehouse and that you will receive a fresh replacement.

How long does it take for the exchange to take place?

Once we receive the returned item(s), you will be informed with a confirmation that we will process the exchange within 7-10 working days.

As we produce limited quantities; we do not offer refunds. All orders are therefore final. However, in rare and exceptional cases, where a transaction fails or an Order ID is not issued, an automatic refund will be initiated to your source account within 7-10 working days. After submitting your return, please allow us at least 1-2 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.

General FAQ'S

No need to panic if you get an email confirming your order and another stating that your transaction was unsuccessful. Your order will be dispatched as this would be a glitch with our payment aggregator. Once an order number has been generated, your order will be shipped and delivered as per our policy.
