We offer a flexible exchange and return policy, allowing you to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE FEE

A nominal fee of 150/- rupees will be applicable on all return and exchange requests.


EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCEDURE

Once your exchange/return query has been accepted, you will receive a notification email. Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up your order within 24-48 hours, with a maximum of two attempts. If the pickup is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the order back to our warehouse.

Please note that reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area pin code.


QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING

Upon receiving your order at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check. Once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.


EXCHANGE TIMELINE

The estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.


SIZE EXCHANGE & AVAILABILITY

If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer an alternative product or issue a credit note redeemable on your next online purchase.


REFUNDS

For all return orders, refunds will be issued once our Quality Check has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.

All exchange/return requests will undergo a Quality Inspection by our team. Please note that we reserve the right to decline an exchange/return if:

  • The product(s) are not returned in the same condition as it was shipped.

  • The product(s) show signs of wear, are missing tags or dust bags.

  • The product(s) are damaged.

You will receive an email update once the exchange has been processed.


CREDITY NOTE VALIDITY

Please note that all credit notes issued for returns ar valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Any unused credit note balance will expire after this period.


CANCELLATION

Please note that all sales are final. As per our policy, we do not accommodate cancellations or refunds for any orders once they have been placed. Cancellation of orders are only possible/permitted if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy and avoid any errors.

Please note that in the event of a declined package, any prepaid amount applied to a Cash on Delivery (COD) order will not be refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Please Note: Before making a purchase during sale, ensure you have carefully reviewed the product details, size, and colour to avoid any discrepancies. Also, the shipping timeline for products bought during the sale can extend up to 15 days.

DAMAGED / WRONG ARTICLE RECEIVED

At Seira, we take extra care to ensure that your order reaches you safely. In case, you receive a defective or incorrect article, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Email us at seekseira@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or incorrect article.

Upon receiving your notification, our team will review and verify the issue. If the claim is valid, we will provide a suitable resolution, including replacement of the defective or incorrect article.

Please note that failure to notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery may result in the claim being rejected.
