SHIPPING / DELIVERY

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a tracking link to track the status of your delivery. Please ensure that your registered email address is accurate to receive these updates.

Please Note: During festivals, holidays, or sale periods, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you updated through email or SMS.

DELIVERY AREAS

Seira currently ships across all major cities and towns in India.

If our courier partner is unable to service your location, we will contact you directly to find the best possible solution.

At the moment, we do not provide international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our delivery services soon.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link on your registered email and mobile number. You can track your order in real time and see the status of your delivery. DELIVERY PROCESS

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct to avoid any sort of inconveniences and delays.

In case the delivery attempt is unsuccessful (for example, if you are unavailable), the courier partner will make 2 more attempts.

Please Note: If repeated delivery attempts fail, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, our team will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
